SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery times are an estimate provided by the courier (UPS, USPS etc...)and are not guaranteed by Theo Wanne. We can only provide a general guideline.

Our default domestic free shipping option is typically USPS Ground. If you need your order by a certain date, select USPS Priority Mail or UPS overnight, or contact us by email at info@theowanne.com for other shipping options.

We normally ship in-stock orders in less than 3 business days. However, product sent to forwarding companies will be shipped after payment has cleared.

If an item in your order is backordered, we will by default hold the order until we can ship the complete order – if you’d like us to ship available items immediately, email us at info@theowanne.com

Import taxes may be applied to the delivery of your order by your country. Such taxes are your responsibility, and are not refundable by us should you decide to return your order. We do not mark down or undervalue declaration values.

RETURNS

To return your product, email returns@theowanne.com for an RMA and then send your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

TRIAL POLICY

If you are unsure which mouthpiece model, material, or tip size is right for you, you are welcome to trial multiple mouthpieces and/or accessories side by side.

All orders must be paid in advance. After receiving your products, please enjoy one week to play test them.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return a product, contact us at returns@theowanne.com for a Return Authorization.

•You are responsible for return shipping charges, including insurance (if applicable). A full refund will be issued to you within one week of our receipt of your return.

•Returns received after 14 days from initial delivery are subject to a $50 restocking fee.
•Returns are not accepted after 30 days from initial delivery.
•Paid shipping charges, if selected at checkout, are non-refundable.

•Product, hardware, and packaging must be in new condition to be returned. Items returned in any other condition may be subject to a minimum $50 restocking fee. The cost of damaged or missing products, accessories, components, or packaging, will be deducted from your refund.

•You are not required to keep at least one of the items in your order; however, we reserve the right to limit returns if the trial policy is abused or over-used. A $50 restocking fee is automatically applied if you have trialed and returned the same mouthpiece more than once.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that it can sometimes take several days for the refund to appear in your account after it is processed.

We stand behind the quality of our products, and can offer returns and exchanges in certain circumstances, which are considered on a case-by-case basis.
