Matthias Anton

“I love the GAIA 2. Thank you so much Theo!!”

Testimonial

I met Theo in 2010 at the Musikmeese in Frankfurt. He gave me one of his mouthpieces and after playing some minutes on it, I was sure that I’d found the real mouthpiece for me. It makes me one of the luckiest sax players on this planet. The original Amma 5 Alto mouthpiece is really incredible. I like its sound very much! I can play everything I like with it, it has a beautiful sound in all registers and with all dynamics, good intonation and a fantastic response. The sound is something different than my old Soloist E, and I’ve tried it against my Meyer M5M NY Bros, and It sounds even better ;-) Last year, I changed to the Gaia 2 mouthpiece. It is the bomb! I can play everything i like on that piece.

Inspiration

Q:What is your internal experience when you feel REALLY connected to the music?
A:I get the kind of feeling and inspiration that makes me really feel like connected to something that is much more important as I am. That happens very much, often when i am back in nature. When I’ve got an idea….then I go home and try it out.
