“The Durga 5 is the best alto mouthpiece I’ve ever played! It’s perfect!”
The Durga 5 is the best alto mouthpiece I’ve ever played! It allows me achieve a bright FAT modern sound, but it is not overly bright or shrill! It’s perfect!
I’ve been playing Theo’s pieces since 2015. Each one is made with a lot of care and attention to detail. I’ve played the Mantra, Durga, and the Gaia and they all play amazingly well–which can make it a tough choice…lol.

Q:What is your internal experience when you feel REALLY connected to the music? A:When I’m connected to the music, I feel consciously unconscious; I am just lost in the feeling/message that I’m trying to convey. It’s like the whole word goes away and it’s just me and the music.
