The trial period for Theo Wanne is seven days from receiving your order. If you wish to return an item within this period, email info@theowanne.com for an RMA number. The RMA number should be written on the label of the package you are returning.
To receive a full refund, mouthpieces must not have incurred any scratches or dings, and they must be clean. All original hardware and packaging must be included with each item returned.
