TRIAL POLICY

Our products are the most innovative, highest quality, and best in the world! And we want you to try them so you can experience this yourself! Our trial policy:

  1. Purchase up to three mouthpieces and two saxophones. We ship for FREE!!!!!*
  2. After receiving your products, take one week to play test them.
  3. If you wish to return a product, please contact us for an RMA #. The RMA # allows us to properly give you a refund and is required for all returns. Please put the RMA # by our address on the package and send to:

  4. You are responsible for all return charges. A full refund** will be issued to you within one week of us receiving your package.

*Import taxes may be applied to the delivery of your order by your country.  Such taxes are your responsibility, and are not refundable by us should you decide to return your order.  We do not mark down declaration values.

**Product must be in new condition to be returned. Dirt, nicks, scratches, bite marks, and discoloration are all considered damage. Damaged product will be returned to you and treated as purchased. All original hardware and packaging must also be included with each item returned.
